Drums – Banjo – Vocals
Jim was born and raised in Los Alamos, New Mexico. He started playing drums in 5th grade and eventually ended up with an orchestral performance degree from ASU.
At the age of 12 his grandfather, who was an avid songwriter and featured on the radio in the 1930s, bought him his first banjo.
Jim's been playing all types of music in the Phoenix area for 40 years. Some of the various artists he's opened for include Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Clint Black, and Gary Allan.
Jim also has over 30 years experience in live sound engineering and studio recording.
